SHIPPING DETAILS:
- Your order will be ready for shipment within 1-3 business days.
- We carefully pack your order in 4 layers of protection to prevent any damage or soaking of the canvases during transit.
- After the package is shipped, we provide a tracking number.
- If you have entered an incorrect shipping address or would like to change it please contact us before the package is shipped. After sending, changing the delivery address is not available
- Estimated delivery time is 7-30 days from the date of shipment, but some parcels may be delivered a little longer depending on the remoteness of the region and the work of postal and customs services.
- International taxes and duties are not included in your order and will need to be paid before delivery. The cost of duties and taxes are regulated by your country’s customs bureau and not determined or collected by Liky Art.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS:
- We are happy to accept return & exchange requests for any reason in the first 30 days of purchase.
- You can only request a cancellation before the item is shipped.
- If your order is delivered damaged, please contact us and provide us with some digital photos of the damage to the canvas and a photo of the damaged packaging (we need this information to make claims to the postal company).
- To exchange or return the canvas please send it to Yuliya Yakhno, Bolbochana Peter 4A, apt 117, Kyiv 01014, Ukraine.
- Your refund will be processed once your return has been received.
- Please use the original packaging to send, and remember that if the package is lost or the canvas is delivered damaged, no refund will be issued.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs!
PLEASE NOTE:
- The parcel is kept at the post office for 30 days. If you, after this time, do not pick up the parcel, it will return back to the sender. In this case, the seller does not bear any responsibility for the parcel to the buyer!
